All Natural Organic Skincare

About this class

Students will learn how to properly take care of their skin using all-natural and organic methods. They will learn why it is important to bring the skin to an alkaline state and then back down to an acidic state. What cleansers they should use, and why it is important to use oils and serums.  Also, what masks are really easy to do at home. What holistic foods and vitamins help the skin internally.

They will also understand the benefit of using only organic skincare and the importance of not disrupting the acid mantle. I will also briefly talk about the layers of the skin, and go over essential oils, and RealSalt and Redmond Clay and the mineral benefits to the skin. They will also get a 12 page handout, or can have it emailed to them.
