About Julia Holt
Julia Holt is a mother of seven, living in Provo, Utah. A native of the west, Julia has always loved nature and its gifts, and became interested in natural healing as a young mother. After her fourth hospital delivery, she found peace in home birth and eventually trained as a doula. As a result of health issues she looked for a way to heal herself holistically; she educated herself and found natural paths to wellness through Living Food, Raw Cooking, Herbal Remedies and Essential Oils.
Since 2003, Julia has taken her knowledge to others by teaching living food classes and creating raw dishes for her personal living foods coaching business. As an herbal healer, Julia is knowledgeable about herbs and their uses. From tinctures to teas and poultices to potpourri, she can save someone from overused and ineffective modern medical cures. Her knowledge of herbs enhances her use of essential oils for her Dr. Mom program.
Julia’s clients rave about her talent. Here are a few comments:
“You can't help but feel good when you are around Julia. She is always a supportive and great listener. Creative and inspired, she is always willing to share what she knows and does it in such a fun and exciting way you are excited to try it.”
