Right after this class I would like to go right into a 90 minute raw foods demo that will include 2-3 dishes prepared and sampled by the class.

About Julia Holt

Julia Holt is a mother of seven, living in Provo, Utah. A native of the west, Julia has always loved nature and its gifts, and became interested in natural healing as a young mother. After her fourth hospital delivery, she found peace in home birth and eventually trained as a doula. As an herbal healer, Julia is knowledgeable about herbs and their uses. From tinctures to teas and poultices to potpourri, she can save someone from overused and ineffective modern medical cures. Her knowledge of herbs enhances her use of essential oils for her Dr. Mom program.
