About this class
One of the consequences of The Fall is the loss of incarnated, spiritual awareness as our senses and thoughts draw our attention out into the material world and away from our divine nature. In this class you will learn how to re-incarnate your body with spiritual awareness and experience the pure and expansive nature of your soul and the presence and nature of God.
This form of meditation can supplement and enrich those who already have a meditation practice or be used as a beginning practice. If you have tried and not been successful with mindfulness or mantra meditation, this might be the method for you. Being able to access and maintain higher states of spiritual awareness through Resurrection Meditation reduces stress, empowers physical healing, and quickens spiritual growth.
