Yes. The conference is at a high school and therefore it is up to code with all provisions for those with physical limitations, including automatic front doors and an elevator.
You can until June 18 at 11:59 pm. To do this, please Log In your account.
There will be a great selection of a la carte items available at the conference, all whole food and healthy choices. Additionally there are a number of eateries within walking distance at The District across the street. You are also welcome to bring your own food. There will be a dining area provided.
You will need an ID with your name on it and then you will receive your badge which will have your itinerary with details printed on it.
Doors will open at 7:45 to check in and pick up badges and we recommend that you arrive by 7:45 to pick up your badge no matter when you plan on attending your first class. Because we expect over 550 attendees, there may be a lot of congestion and the earlier you arrive the easier check in will be. Badge pick up will close at 9 am.
Registration is per person and you choose 5 classes to attend. You also have access to the vendor area all day and can purchase an ala carte lunch on site. You will receive a conference tote with fliers and other goodies inside from our sponsors.
At this time, registrations are only taken online. Please click the 'Registration' tab in the above menu to register. We anticipate selling out our capacity (575 attendees), but should there be some spots left, you may be able to register at the door for $17 per class.
Yes, but when registering, please only register under one person with that persons information i.e. address, payment info, etc. At the conference, you can just switch off wearing the badge in order to gain class entrance.
No. We welcome people from all walks of life, male and female, but want all attendees to be aware and accepting of the fact that the classes will likely be taught with the LDS faith weaved throughout the subject matter. We recommend that attendees be at least 13 years old.
Our policy on infants is as follows:
Quiet, non mobile lap babies 6 months and younger are welcome at the conference. No strollers, car seats or infant carriers are permitted due to limited space, seating, and safety issues. We recommend infant carriers such as slings, front packs and wraps. Fussy or disruptive babies will be asked to leave the conference area as it is a learning environment. Some attendees find it useful to bring someone with them specifically for childcare during the classes and/or splitting a registration (register only under one name) with a friend and trading off childcare.
The discounted early bird registration price is $47 per person and is available until June 2, 2011. After that date, the conference is offered to you at the full price of $60 with the registration deadline being June 20, 2011.
Starting at 8:30 am, there will be five, 90 minute breakaway sessions throughout the of the day, with multiple classes running concurrently, and a 30 minute break between each session. Vendor space for registered attendees opens at 8 am and is open to the public at 9:30 am until 7 pm.

Log in to your account and click on 'classes'
Most people who have had hangups in the ordering process have found that once they click 'add to cart' after they enter in their classes and other items are taken to a review page, where they can delete items in their carts. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click 'add to cart' again and then you can enter in payment info.
Some have had to clear their cookies in order to do it.
As a real shortcut, though, try just going to on of these two links http://ldsholisticliving.com/cart or http://ldsholisticliving.com/cart/checkout after adding all your items to cart.
