Most people who have had hangups in the ordering process have found that once they click 'add to cart' after they enter in their classes and other items are taken to a review page, where they can delete items in their carts. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click 'add to cart' again and then you can enter in payment info.
Some have had to clear their cookies in order to do it.
As a real shortcut, though, try just going to on of these two links http://ldsholisticliving.com/cart or http://ldsholisticliving.com/cart/checkout after adding all your items to cart.
